- Gather with other people, who are also wanting more Peace in their lives.
- Do something fun and easy, that makes you feel connected.
- Get to a place where you can drop your guard, close your eyes, and feel the vibration of peace con ing into your heart, ideally accompanied by beautiful melodies.
- Do this frequently, every week if possible, until feeling peace is a normal experience, that others notice in you, and that you spread to others around you.
- Return as needed for recharging your happiness and optimism, and restoring your faith in the world.
When we come together to sing songs of peace, we not only calm our minds and open our hearts, but we also generate ripples of healing energy that extend out into our communities and beyond.

A trilingual rhythmic & sound healer, musician, and founder of Sound Benefits, Rufus brings years of experience in drum circles, sound healing, forest bathing, and sacred singing. His approach helps people reconnect with their natural rhythm, release tension, and awaken harmony — inside and out.
