About this Event
Nicholas will be presenting his workflow and lighting techniques through various product set ups from start to finish, mixing practical effects and real studio lighting tricks to learn from. Ongoing will be the conversation as to the benefits of shooting film as both a stylistic and philosophical choice, a means of bringing authenticity back into the studio environment. Learn how this can be a selling point to potential clients looking to differentiate and align themselves with genuine values in an ever growing digitally manufactured landscape.
Also joining us will be Will Prentice from broncolor Canada showcasing broncolor’s latest and greatest, including the new battery powered Stelos monoblock heads as well as the Satos.
Photographs will be taken on an Arca Swiss Monolith, exhibiting the real world the benefits of using a technical camera for product photography. Film will be processed by our friends at Graination and provided to attendees post workshop to view the final results.
