Sing & Drum for Joy- A Project Meraki CIC Initiative 10:30am-11:45am
A small, relaxed, welcoming and informal circle offering the opportunity to learn to Sing and Drum for Joy!
Simple exercises to learn how to play basic rhythms on a Shamanic Drum, progressing to singing simple, soulful songs to accompany your drumming.
The songs are often inspired by the wonders of Nature and create a beautiful opportunity to give gratitude to the Earth and good vibes to the people.

No experience necessary
Thanks to funding from National Lottery; Awards for All Community Fund, sessions are FREE for all to attend!
Voluntary donations are always gratefully received.
I only have 8 drums to lend out at the moment so if you have one of your own please bring it along…
Spaces limited, so If you would like to come please message to reserve a place and to let me know if you need to borrow a drum.
