About this Event
Since the very first Red Dress event 17 years ago, Red Dress has been the largest and most anticipated event put on by the Sin Sity Sisters every year.
Starting in 2008 as a fundraising effort to kickstart the Sisters AIDS Drug Assistance Program (SADAP), Red Dress entered Las Vegas with a bang and asked all who attended to “wear a Red Dress for a cause,” no matter their gender identity or gender expression.
Each year the theme has changed, encouraging creativity as well as offering the opportunity to win bragging rights in categories like “Best Individual Costume,” “Best Theme Costume,” “Best Group Theme,” and “Best Dressed in Red.” While the “Dress” requirement for our event has relaxed to include any and all gender non-specific clothing, the “Red” requirement remains.
While we normally have a distinct theme to the decor and costumes, this year the theme is simpler: celebrating 20 years of the Sin Sity Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence! To help us celebrate, and to give back to the community that has supported us for so long, we've elevated every attendee to VIP status. Everyone is welcome to arrive at the same time, enjoy some delicious catered food [side note: free], indulge in drink specials [side note: not free], and enjoy some amazing drag and performance artists. Dress in your most celebratory reds, and join us!
