This week we'll hear from Speaker: Dan Thumberg Owner of Swan Brewing. He'll educate us on his method, The 3pm Test — Build Systems That Run Without YouDan Thumberg is the founder of its3pm.io, a Lakeland‑based automation and systems company that helps small business owners stop running their business and start owning it. Before launching its3pm, Dan spent more than a decade in customer operations leadership at Apple and American Express.
He also co‑founded Swan Brewing — and after systematizing the brewery so well that he could leave at 3pm every day while the business ran itself, he realized something important: the system was worth more than the beer. That insight became the foundation of its3pm.
Dan currently serves on the board of the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce and previously served on the board of the Central Florida Speech and Hearing Center.
When he’s not building tools for small business owners, you’ll find him baking sourdough, making homemade sausage, or picking his son up from school at 3pm.
