RESCHEDULED TIME. Once a month we will gather to practice a simple healthy-living skill together. This month, we will talk about what benefits writing of any kind can bring for us and if and how we might want to incorporate writing of some sort into our daily life. Then we will spend time writing! The goal of this series is to draw attention to and practice easy and free skills to promote health. Our first meeting was about reading and its benefits.
