Flowers of Meaning – Art Workshop in Wanstead
Looking for a creative evening out in Wanstead? Join us for Flowers of Meaning, a 2-hour art workshop exploring painting, creativity, and self-expression through the beauty of flowers. This special event is hosted by Simple Therapy in collaboration with Art by Tiyana.
What to Expect
For two hours, immerse yourself in colour, community, and creativity with UK-based artist Tiyana Duberry, whose vibrant work is inspired by her Caribbean heritage. Together we’ll explore the theme “Flowers of Meaning” with three creative directions to choose from:
• 🌸 Your favourite flower
• 🌍 A flower that represents your culture or country
• 🌻 A flower of remembrance - honouring someone special through art

Price: £20 – as a non-profit, this cost simply covers materials and refreshments.

About Your Artist – Tiyana Duberry
Tiyana Duberry is a UK-based artist of West Indian descent. Inspired by her Caribbean background, her art captures movement, energy, and storytelling through bold and expressive brushwork. Her cultural heritage is at the heart of her creativity, offering a fresh perspective and endless inspiration.
