Step inside our working bakery after hours and learn the craft of sourdough bread making for your own family!Space is limited. You must sign up online to book your spot.
Class fee is $100 and includes dinner, sourdough starter in WECK brand jar 🫙, banneton basket, Dutch whisk, and other sourdough supplies necessary for your journey.
Bring to class a large mixing bowl, a food scale, a tea towel, apron optional, and any specialty beverage that you wish to consume and/or share during class.
Please have at home: high temperature parchment paper and a 5 quart Dutch oven for baking.
Class is usually complete by 8:30pm but allow until 9 as sometimes Q&A takes longer depending on the class.
You will bring your bowl, mix up your first loaf of sourdough, learn all of the tips and tricks, and take your dough home to ferment and bake the following day. Invite a friend for a fun educational evening!
