About this Event
Classes at the 1909 Culinary Academy combine a hands-on cooking experience with delicious tasting experiences.
Join us for a midweek culinary experience: the Simple Soup Series. We've taken our usual three hour class and trimmed it down to focus on one specific recipe.
In this culinary event, we'll work in groups to prepare one of our signature soups. Today, it's an Korean inspired Bulgogi Soup. This is a Korean hot pot dish consisting of deliciously marinated bulgogi, soup stock, glass noodles and various vegetables. We'll enjoy this soup with traditional side dishes of kimchi and pickled radish.
Once our soup and rice is ready, we'll sit down together to enjoy this dish that will become a staple in your own kitchen.
Sometimes we have leftovers. Please bring your own reusable containers and water bottle to help us reduce the use of single use plastics.
