About this Event

Join us for a fun and exciting cooking event on January 10!

We are hosting a Cooking with Beer culinary experience where you can learn how to incorporate beer into your favorite dishes. Our experts will guide you through the process of creating three delicious dishes- all using beer as a key ingredient.

What's on the Menu?

We'll start off with Crispy Beer Battered appetizers including battered pickles, mushrooms, cheese curds, cod bites, and more. Our entree will be Beer Braised Sausage and Carrots with a side of Beer & Bacon Baked Beans.

For Dessert, we'll whip up a batch of Beer Brownies.

All beer for this event is crafted locally at the Upper Thames Brewing Company.
