Get ready to shuck some PEI Oysters for this Northeastern Thai inspired delight as we add Nam Jim and Coconut Milk to each oyster.
Next we'll make our favourite comfort food, Lobster Bisque. This smooth, creamy, seasoned soup is originally from France and will be filled with chunks of Canadian Lobster sauteed in local butter.
Our final dish is a Jerk Shrimp served right in a bowl of pineapple. Not only is it a super-cute and fun way to serve dinner, but it also guarantees that whatever you’re about to eat is going to be loaded with plenty of fresh, delicious fruit.
Everything you need to enjoy this class will be provided, but come with an empty stomach because you'll be tasting and sampling your class creations.
Sometimes we have leftovers so bring a reusable container and help us avoid single use plastics.
