The first session is on Sunday 6.14.26 at 4:00PM at Empathic Practice and on Zoom. We will meet monthly on the second Sunday of the month at 4:00PM at Empathic Practice and on Zoom. The offering runs until November.

In this practical and powerful offering, you will learn and practice somatic techniques that you can weave into your lifestyle, both as a way to increase somatic awareness and capacity through consistent practice, and as a “state specific” way to respond to stressors and the needs of your nervous system as life happens.

Learn how the application of Polyvagal theory and somatic practices can help you tap into a whole new dimension of healing and increase your overall mental, physical and emotional well-being.

Each session will last 60-90 minutes and will include somatic education, vagus nerve exercises and other Polyvagal informed practices for healing and regulating your nervous system. There will also be time for questions and sharing.

Cost is $33 per group. You’re welcome to drop in once, or attend monthly, according to your availability. Space is limited, so advanced registration is required. Spots in person usually sell out, so early registration is wise. Click the ticket link to save your spot. 🔗
