Silver Oak: The Art of Taste at La Belle Vie
Saturday, April 18
7:00–9:00 p.m.
An intimate evening at La Belle Vie Mansion with renowned winemaker Matt Meyer, often called the “Son of Silver Oak,” and son of Justin Meyer, founder and original winemaker of Silver Oak.
Guests will be guided through a tasting of seven exceptional wines, including the highly allocated Bonny’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon — with a wait list of more than a decade — alongside Estate Chardonnay, Hillside Syrah, and distinguished Hillside Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignons.
The evening concludes kitchen-side with three seasonal small plates served with reserve selections.
