Silver and Sons BBQ draws influences from Silver’s Jewish upbringing as well as food from around the Mediterranean. Beef, lamb and chicken are sourced from farms that make commitments to responsible practices, seasoned with freshly ground spice blends, and smoked with hickory and oak wood that Silver cut down himself.
All BBQ is served with freshly made challah rolls, turmeric pickled cauliflower, carrots and celery, and sauces seasoned with house made spice blends.
