Long before I had the language for it, I was drawn to the spaces where connection breaks down, and to the quiet, persistent work of restoring it.
We live in a world that often feels like it’s moving too fast for our nervous systems to keep up. We feel the 'disconnectedness' in our bodies, our relationships, and our daily lives. But healing doesn’t begin with a diagnosis. It begins with safety. With being seen.
From May 21–24, we are opening a space in the heart of Stellenbosch for a small group to step out of the urgency and into a different rhythm.
The Siloah Equine Guided State of Connection Retreat is more than a getaway. It is a scientifically-grounded, trauma-aware experience designed to help you:
- Understand your own nervous system through a Polyvagal lens.
- Experience the profound co-regulation that only a horse can offer.
- Rediscover the 'golden thread' of connection within yourself.
This is a space where nothing needs fixing. Only reconnecting.
