We are excited to welcome 2 guest DJ's who we know 'have what it takes'...when it comes to dancefloor reaction
First up we have Aimee Turner...one of the 'new breed' of DJ's who are currently having such an impact on the scene. Aimee has DJ'd and is co promoter at the stupidly successful Room at the Top promotions slap bang in Manchester City Centre...Aimee is also a familiar face here at Silktown...and has got 'our vibe' down to a tee!!
Its always a 'breath of fresh air when we get a 'different 'take' on Full on Northern Soul for the dancefloor...bring it on !!

Secondly we are pleased to welcome Fred Benson...
Fred has earned a well deserved national reputation for playing timeless classics alongside current indemanders and rare soul dance faves
Again those of you who dabble in the 'all-nighter' scene will undoubtedly have heard Fred in action at one of the big main room nighters that are really popular at the moment
An indemand DJ for sure...!!
We are really excited at having these two 'on the decks'...this 'package' is a surefire dancefloor pleaser !!!!
Full on Northern Soul for the dancefloor.....thats the brief .....lets get on it !!!!

ps : Just a few 'housekeeping notes and polite requests
Can we ask that if you really need to use talc...can it be kept to a bare minimum and not sprayed liberally over the floor area..it really is a nuisance for the staff tending the floor afterwards
Can we also ask if anyone wants to video the dancers can they please refrain..its important that we protect peoples privacy
Can we also ask that you don't consume drinks etc not purchased from the bar..it has been brought to our attention that empty bottles/cans have been found that haven't been purchased from the venue.
Your co-operation in these matters is greatly appreciated
Finally can we also remind people the last entry will be strictly 10.45pm..we think as we open at 7pm nearly 4hrs is plenty time to get there and it gives our door staff opportunity to ensure the rest of the night continues to run smoothly
