Ideas, traditions, and the very building blocks of how we eat traveled this ancient network. Now, we're bringing that history to life through twelve exclusive dinners across twelve countries.

Each month, we partner with a different DC-area restaurant to create an off-menu feast celebrating a Silk Road nation. An expert storyteller transforms each dinner into a cultural journey.

The journey begins April 27 at Lao Sze Chuan. Join us as we launch the series with the rich, complex flavors of Chinese cuisine—the first of many stops along the Silk Road.
