Create a beautiful string of silk painted Spring blossom lights in this lovely 4-hour workshopCreate a gorgeous set of LED spring blossom lights at this introductory silk painting workshop.
You will spend the morning creating decorative flower and leaf shapes on sumptuous silk fabric using silk outliners. A range of templates will be provided for you to use as a guide.
After a lunch break you will transform your flowers and leaves, hand painting each design with vibrant silk paints in a palette of springtime shades.
With a little careful cutting you will have a beautiful set of battery-operated LED lights to take away with you to add a bright, cheery glimpse of spring to a mantel piece, shelf or window ledge. You could even get creative and wrap your lights around a twig or use as part of an arrangement in a vase!
The workshop will begin at 10am, with a break for lunch and finish around 2pm
