?About the Theme
Late autumn carries a quiet melancholy — a season of reflection, gratitude, and release. It invites us to slow down, to feel what the year has given and what it has taken, and to meet ourselves in the soft in-between.
“The Courage to Be You” is not about chasing the next chapter — it’s about courageously staying with what arises when everything else grows still. It’s about using this winter threshold not just to rest, but to listen deeply, to ask what truly wants to grow from the soil of your being.
This retreat offers a gentle space to plant those unseen seeds — through presence, movement, silence, and creative expression — so that when spring returns, your roots already know the way forward.
This retreat invites you to rest in the simplicity of being. The guidance is gentle, the silence intentional — creating space to meet yourself without hurry or expectation. Each practice is an open doorway into your own stillness and truth.
