The format creates a sense of personal space within the group, making it easier to stay present and connected to your breath and movement. It may be especially supportive for those who experience attention or sensory sensitivity in group settings.Classes follow a light yet dynamic structure, with smooth, steady movement designed to gently awaken and relax the body. Each session gradually transitions into slower, grounding shapes and concludes with a calm, restorative finish. At times, subtle rhythmic elements such as a metronome may be introduced to support focus and shared timing. These elements are always optional and used intentionally. Over the course, the format will become familiar, allowing you to build consistency, clarity, and presence in your practice.
