Through this practice, Deanna felt called to linger in stillness a little longer, to notice the subtle nuances within the tea and within herself. In this intimate gathering, participants will sip approximately 8 steepings of one of our artisan teas in silence. Let your senses be your guide as the brew opens you to slowness, intention, and connection with fellow guests.
- Duration: 50 minutes of silent meditation followed by a reflective conversation
- Attire: Comfort is key, wear loose clothing
