Silent tea ceremony and meditation

Join us for a serene tea ceremony and silent meditation guided by IPOT's resident tea ceremony practitioner Deanna Costabile.

In this intimate gathering, participants will sip approximately 8 steepings of one of our artisan teas in silence. Let your senses be your guide as the brew opens you to slowness, intention, and connection with fellow guests.

• Duration: 50 minutes of silent meditation followed by a reflective conversation
• Attire: Comfort is key, wear loose clothing
• Provided: Cushions and blankets for seating comfort
