The course consists of 3 sessions with simple guided meditations, and a brief teaching in each session. Between sessions there are silent breaks for refreshments and contemplations. At the end of the course, there is time for Q&A and discussion. Silence is observed throughout the course up to the Q & A session.
No experience necessary. Everyone welcome.
