Overview:
Settle in for an intimate evening of calm before the holiday chaos. On December 20, 2025, Libra Luna Meditation is hosting a small, cozy Sound Bath event designed to help you unwind, ground your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself. New to Calgary, this is Libra Luna Meditation's first event in the city.
What to Expect:
This 90 minute session guides you into stillness through sound, breath, and intentional rest.

✨ Closing reflections and sharing circle
Why Sound Healing:
Sound healing invites your mind and body into deep rest through soothing frequencies. Benefits include:

✔️ A reset that feels like a full body exhale
What to Bring:
Limited yoga mats and bolsters are available. If you have your own, please bring it. For comfort, consider:
🧘 A blanket or soft layer
🛏 A pillow
📖 A journal for after session insights
😌 An eye mask to help you drop deeper
Tickets:
Tickets are $10.00. You are welcome to contribute more if you feel called. Anything contributed above the ticket price will be donated to Inn from the Cold, a Calgary organization that supports families facing homelessness by providing shelter, housing programs, meals, and essential resources during the winter season. Your presence and support will help bring warmth to a family in need over the holidays.
