Special Holiday Class for a regular class credit!!Take a quiet pause before the holiday rush with Silent Night, a deeply calming restorative class designed to help you unwind, reset, and give something back to yourself during a busy season. You’ll be guided through soothing restorative poses with optional hands-on assists and Reiki to support grounding, softness, and release.
We’ll close the evening with a short crystal bowl sound bath to settle the nervous system and leave you feeling centered and restored.
