This teacher-guided silent meditation day offers you a chance to step back from the hustle of daily life and immerse yourself in a slower way of being through mindfulness.The day will include mindfulness-based meditation, from sitting and lying down practices to gentle movement. It will weave in time to rest and engage in mindful habits at your own pace and preference. The airy studio at CourtX has plenty of space to spread around, with mats and chairs provided, and making yourself comfortable with pillows and blankets.
Between guided practice, you have an opportunity to savour your brought-along lunch, walk outside, rest under the warmth of a blanket, and explore mindfulness practice informally.
