Silent Hatha Yoga: Strength & Stillness
A grounding yoga journey to connect body and mind through mindful movement and inner silence.
This 60-minute Hatha yoga class is designed to help you tune inward, build strength, and cultivate presence.
We’ll move through powerful yet mindful postures to awaken energy, develop stability, and create space for stillness within.
The practice will be held in silence — without background music — allowing you to focus deeply on your breath, body, and sensations. This quiet space becomes a mirror for awareness, helping you feel more grounded and connected.
The session will close with a short live sound bath using a Tibetan singing bowl, rain sound, or chimes to harmonize your energy and invite deep relaxation.

- Intentional movement and conscious breath to connect body and mind

- Closing live sound session with soothing instruments to restore calm
