Join us for a cozy evening of reading silently side by side with a wonderful community of book lovers!📖 Bring your own book- whatever you are currently reading or browse the library to check out a book to read, and settle in with us for a set aside, uninterrupted silent time of reading with friends!☕️📚Our meets are casual and come and go as you please! If you need to, pop in late and just take a seat to start reading with us! If you need to leave early, feel free to do so! 🤗
📚What to expect:
- Bring your own book!
- Enjoy snacks and refreshments provided by the awesome staff at the library!
- Introductions: your name and what book you brought with you!
- Silent reading time for about an hour!
- Draw the book giveaway winner!
- Book swap, socialize (optional), end of meet!
At every meet we have a book swap and a book giveaway! Bring a book that is old to you to swap for something new to you! Extra book swap books will be available so this is open to everyone, whether you brought a swap book or not! Our giveaway is a different book each meet, and I will provide the books and a poll on each event page under the discussion tab for those going to that meet to vote for which book they would like as the giveaway book!
‼️Usually the giveaway winner is drawn at the end of our silent reading time at the end of our meet, but if you need to leave early and want to enter the giveaway, please let me know ahead of time or at the start of the meet so I can draw the winner earlier! 🎉
