We are just three weeks away from our end-of-year huge adoption event, and let's just say it's going to be a real doozy. The doors open at 3 pm, and Santa arrives at 3:30, because what's an adoption event without a jolly old man in a red suit, right?
One of our favorite photographers, :PM Dawn Photography has volunteered her time and talent, and trust me, her photos are absolutely paw-some.
For a measly 10 bucks per pup, you get a beautiful holiday photo, and all proceeds go to vet care, because we're all about saving those cute furry butts.
Did we mention the backdrop? One of our talented creative volunteers has outdone herself, it's so beautiful it'll make you howl with delight.
We're holding it down at Great Wagon Road Distilling Co. NoDa, one of our favorite venues, and one of our favorite teams will be cohosting with us.
On Sunday, if you purchase two cocktails, you receive a pizza of choice, and let me tell you, they're so delicious you'll be begging for more.
We will be in the private banquet room with Santa and your favorite puppy dogs. Yes, you can adopt on the day of the event, but only if you've been approved, if not, you can still meet the puppies and dogs, but they won't be leaving with you that day.
Your kids are welcome, your dogs are welcome, Grandma is welcome, your church choir director is welcome, you get the picture, we want everyone to attend this one.
All dogs must be on leashes at all times, and everyone who does attend must be courteous and respectful of all the dogs present, especially our rescue dogs, please.
Finally, we're almost there, we're rolling out one of the best silent auctions you'll ever see. We have tickets to Mamma Mia, we have tickets to Carolina Panthers for 2026, we have a Carolina Panthers jersey, we have holiday wreaths for your front door, we have baskets overflowing, so much bigger than our normal baskets. We have gifts for your holiday giving.
Please share with everyone you know, please help us make this the most successful event yet, funds are low, costs are high, rescue right now is hard.
We planned this event to spend time with you and make it all memorable.

As always at any of our events, including this one, we do accept donations, slightly used clean towels and flat sheets, puppy beds for toys, lamb horns, Purina one red bag for puppies, Rachael Ray green bag for adult dogs.
