We are thrilled to be collaborating with Freedom Dance to bring you an exciting Mindful Motion 3 hour session where you can let loose and dance to your favorite hits! We're adding a twist! grab yourself a paint brush find yourself a space and get creative, collaborate on a piece of art, paint yourselves or find yourself a spot on your own! it's up to you.
