Silence Presents: Stef .In, Midswim, Dan Loughrin/Joe Sorbara Duo

“stef.in” is the experimental rock project of Toronto based multi-instrumentalist Stefan Hegerat. The quartet features Stefan (drums), Patrick O’Reilly (guitar), Luan Phung (guitar) and Chris Pruden (bass) and has been performing since 2017. The band combines rock, jazz and classical sensibilities with experimental soundscapes and a heavy focus on improvisation to create music that straddles the line between beauty and chaos. They have released two studio albums (Icterus and Icterus II) and are currently touring in support of their third album; Nightmares.

Midswim is the experimental/folk-rock project of Claire Whitehead (Kelly McMichael, Blimp Rock, Forest City Lovers), who is based in Guelph, ON.
