Silence & Sound: An Extended Sound Healing Immersion

Silence & Sound is a deeply immersive, extended sound healing experience designed to create space for stillness, restoration, and inner reflection. For eight hours, participants are invited into a shared container of silence while being supported by continuous sound healing and intentional pauses for quiet reflection.
We’ll begin with a gentle yoga flow. Throughout the day, participants will move between silent reflection and simple activities that support presence and awareness during an eight-hour continuous sound healing immersion facilitated by four live sound practitioners. A nourishing meal and light snacks will be provided to sustain the body while maintaining the calm rhythm of the experience.
Without phones, conversation, or outside distractions, this experience allows the mind and body to settle into a deeper state of rest. Sound becomes the guide, helping participants release tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with themselves.
Each participant will also receive a custom wearable art piece created as a meaningful reminder of the day and the intention set during the experience.
Silence & Sound is ideal for those seeking a deeper reset than a traditional sound bath. The extended format allows participants to move beyond surface relaxation and into a more profound state of rest and clarity.
