AI has become increasingly mainstream in the past two years. Advancements and capabilities are rapidly moving forward every month. Where should we be paying attention and how can we separate the noise? How should we determine when AI can assist versus when it's best for a human to own a task? I have worked as an agency leader for 12 years and have been working with companies to make the most of AI capabilities. We shouldn't be pursuing AI features and practices "for the sake of having AI" or because "everyone is doing it." I'll share examples of an AI feature that my company built for a non-profit that enhanced the user experience. I'd welcome Q&A and conversations on approach, ethics, user experience, data readiness, and best practices.
