ABOUT The Reaction to Inaction How to Outpace Disruption and Lead in the Age of AI:
In a marketplace that moves at AI speed, the most expensive habit inside any organization is hesitation.
The Reaction to Inaction: How to Outpace Disruption and Lead in the Age of AI examines why talented teams stall, why decision-making slows, and why companies lose momentum even while claiming to “transform.” Jack Jackson exposes how modern organizations drift into delay through layered approvals, unclear ownership, risk-avoidant culture, and leaders who confuse activity with progress.
But this book doesn’t stop at diagnosis. It delivers a practical path forward through the ACTION Framework, a scalable system designed to increase decision velocity, strengthen accountability, empower employees within clear boundaries, and turn strategy into consistent execution. Leaders learn how to simplify operations, rebuild trust, restore innovation, and prepare their organization to compete in an era defined by automation, global pressure, and relentless change.
For executives, managers, and emerging leaders, The Reaction to Inaction is a call to build cultures that move with clarity, act with confidence, and outpace disruption instead of reacting to it.
