Deaf & Hear Alberta is the premier provider of curriculum-based courses for those who want to learn the beauty and nuances of American Sign Language (ASL). Participants progress through sequential levels designed to build skills and confidence over time.

The Signing Naturally series is widely recognized as the standard curriculum for serious ASL learners and serves as the first step toward becoming a sign language interpreter in Alberta.

Course Details:

• Schedule: Wednesdays, 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• Dates: September 9 – December 9, 2026
• Minimum Age: 16+
• Parking: Free

Cost:

• ASL Course: $410
• Required Textbook (Signing Naturally Units 1–6): $150 + GST

Please note: The textbook is required in addition to the course fee and is used for both Signing Naturally 101 and 102.
