About this Event
This is still the same intentional movement you know and love, just with a little extra core challenge thanks to the paddleboard. Think slow, controlled Pilates + sculpt-style sequences using resistance bands, layered with balance work to really fire up the core and stabilizers.
We’ll guide you through a full body flow, always offering modifications and options so you can move in a way that feels good for you.
What to expect:
- Core, glutes, and upper body work
- Balance + stability challenges (in the best way)
- Resistance bands for that extra burn
- A supportive, all-levels environment
