Sierra Medical Center welcomes expecting families to our prenatal education classes, hosted by experienced local nurses. All classes are free to attend.

Pelvic Floor Considerations for Birth and Postpartum: Class covering birth prep and postpartum recovery from a pelvic physical therapist's perspective. This class will cover preparations for labor and delivery all the way through to return to activity postpartum.

Class sizes vary by topic to ensure adequate time for questions and learning. Only one ticket is needed for both the expecting mom and one accompanying support person.
