Are you an unpaid carer for a family member or friend?Do you want to meet other cares to talks to in confidence knowing that they are experiencing similar struggles and challenges to you and can offer support and advise in a relaxed and safe environment?
We'd love to have you come along - we meet on the 1st Wednesday of every month (at the moment - we hope to increase these get togethers as we grow) in the Leigh Browne Room at Sidmouth Dissenters Church on All Saints Road.
If you need transport help or someone to sit with your loved one, give us a call.
