What you will need to bring…..
- massage table (one between two people)
- oil / cream of your preference
- bolster
- towels and / or sheets*
o towels
minimum of 2 x bath towels, or
1 x bath sheet, 1 x bath towel, or
3 x bath towels
o sheet(s)
2 x single bed, or
1 x double bed
*I will be demonstrating how to use towels and sheets; it is up to you what you bring / use on the day.
- a pillow or cushion…or two

> this is not a workshop all about pregnancy massage – it is one component of the content
> the workshop does not cover Remedial techniques (watch out for a separate workshop for that)

Cancellation before 6/5/24 - no penalty. Any monies paid will be held in credit for the next available workshop.
