The session will also highlight Sicilia DOC’s leadership in organic winemaking in Italy, along with the evolution of its key grape varieties, Nero d’Avola and Grillo. Attendees will learn how Sicily produces wines that are both approachable and food-friendly, as well as increasingly refined, high-quality expressions that are earning attention on the global stage.
