This is an opportunity for your children to come together in a meaningful way; inspiring communication, cooperation, collaboration, co-regulation AND connection.
Incorporating yoga, focussed-breathing, stress-reduction techniques, meditation, mindfulness, sound and creative art delivered in a play-based approach.
This workshop will provide your young ones with a safe and supportive space to move together, breathe together, create together and laugh together. It is a fun-filled, relational experience intended to uplift and inspire!
Open to ages 5-12 years.
This workshop is suitable for those who have attended previous Sibling Connect workshops as well as those attending for the first time.
