Join us at The Betty for a shell-ebration of all things oyster. This hands-on chef-led demonstration and dinner invites you to sip, savor, and learn the art of the oyster—from shucking to frying to creating the perfect stew.
The dinner will be served with sparkling wine, making for an afternoon that’s as effervescent as it is delicious. Plus, guests will take home recipes for each featured dish and sauce.
