About this Event
Sip & Shuck with Unicorn Oysters!
Join us at Colette Wine Bistro for a magical evening of delicious oysters and fine wine.
Unicorn Oyster owner Chris Burns will be guiding you through this hands on experience to learn all things oyster! First, he'll instruct you how to shuck your own, and then he'll walk you through the subvarieties of oysters that are harvested at his farm in Maine (which of course, you will also be tasting!), as well as general oyster know-how. Oyster knives and gloves will be provided to you!
During this experience, you'll also sample 3 varieties of wine to also learn which sips pair best.
Bottomless pommes frites will also be provided to gnosh on.
All are welcome to enjoy dinner at Colette Wine Bistro following.
