Participation formats:

• Self-Managed Group: $2,500

This format allows participants to experience the program in a self-managed group with three other participants. One CLI facilitator will supervise all self-managed groups to help ensure deep engagement and impactful learning experiences for everyone.

• Facilitator-Led Group: $3,500

This format provides a dedicated CLI facilitator for each group of up to 6 participants. Typically favored by high-level executives, this personalized, high-touch experience is complemented by one-on-one coaching.
