Shroomba Saturdays @ Akoma Oakland

Led by certified yoga instructor Nalah Love, this session combines yoga and sacred plant medicine. Sessions are focused on moving stagnant energy, breathwork, and recalibrating the nervous system. To save time please preregister to become members of Akoma at www.akoma.love. The class is $35 or $65 for both the Shroomba & Yoga Class. You can prepay using Eventbrite or pay the day of.
