The 18th lecture in the series will be held on April 18 from 10 am to Noon in the Whited Room located in Bynum Commons on the Centenary Campus. We will continue our discussion of sprawl with a focus on infrastructure. While infrastructure is an asset, it also represents a future liability for residents. Annexation over the years and a declining population have strained Shreveport's resources. While Shreveport is not unique, we will explore options for the city to consider to address this challenge.
The city we build today is the foundation for future generations to improve. I look forward to seeing you on April 18.
