ShowUp Sunrise Club is your midweek recharge — an outdoor experience blending breathwork, mindful movement woven into an energizing yoga practice, and a refreshing dip in the harbor, guided by facilitators from Namaste Outdoors and hosted by ShowUp Copenhagen.

It’s about presence, energy, and community — a space where high-performers, creatives, athletes, and everyday humans come together to start the day strong, centered, and connected.

What to Expect:
40 minutes of guided breathwork + yoga - Led by Namaste Outdoors teachers — to energize, ground, and activate.
Group dip in Kalvebod Brygge - Optional but powerful — cold exposure that sharpens focus and builds resilience.
Real connection - No fluff. Just good people, building community and momentum together. Take time after the yoga and dip to get to know each other over before taking on the rest of your day!

Price:
75 DKK per session
Supports facilitators, logistics, and the expansion of the movement in Copenhagen.
