About this Event

Calling all good-doers, caretakers, helpers, healers and Lightworkers! Let us all gather to ask ourselves: how are you showing up for yourself?

In these busy and chaotic times, it is true that our service work is needed more than ever before. But for those of us who gravitate towards wanting to help others, we often give and give, without considering ourselves.

In this Showing up for yourself Circle, the topic will be: Giving yourself permission

For those of us who are people-pleasers, we can sometimes look to others to give us permission to do something, want something, need something. This tendency can enable us to give our power away to others, rather than give ourselves the permission.

Join this Circle facilitated by Bonnie Ho Gabaeff and Farida Brown as we explore for ourselves what it means to show up for ourselves.

In this Circle, we will:

Talk about "Permission" and what it means to give yourself permission
Be guided through a meditation to discover in what ways you can give yourself permission
Have time for optional sharing and connection

This is a 1 hour Circle on Zoom.
