Show Burlesque 60+ -tunnit ovat lähtökohtaisesti yli 60-vuotiaille suunnattuja, mutta ikäsuositus suuntaa-antava.
Tämä kurssi sopii aloittelijoille. Voit osallistua ilman mitään aikaisempaa tanssikokemusta tai vaikka edellisestä tanssikerrasta olisi vierähtänyt vuosia tai vuosikymmeniä.
Mitä mukaan? 👟
Tunnille kannattaa pukea vaatteet, joissa on mukava liikkua ja hyvä olla. Tunnilla voi tanssia sukkasillaan tai päkiäsuojilla, tanssilenkkareita emme suosittele tälle tunnille. Nappaa myös mukaasi vesipullo ja muista juoda tarpeeksi tuntien jälkeen.

Show Burlesque 60+ classes are primarily aimed at those over 60, but the age recommendation is flexible.
This course is suitable for beginners. You can participate without any previous dance experience, or if it has been years or decades since you last danced.
What should I bring with me? 👟
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and feel good. You can dance with your socks or toe pads, we do not recommend that you wear any dance sneakers in these classes. Also take a water bottle with you and remember to drink enough after class.
