About this Event
We will have 3 hours to dive into the nuts and bolts of how the shoulders move, and how we should not move, through lecture and experiential participation. We will practice and illuminate many of the common poses. Have you ever wondered what some cues mean, such as “interlace your fingers in plank pose.” Join this workshop and come find out!Expect functional anatomy, biomechanics, strength and shoulder stabilization and what different bodies can do to stay safe in our practice. There will be time for Q & A so bring your questions, inquisitive minds and most importantly your sense of humor.

Harvey Deutch PT has been practicing Physical Therapy for 45 years, teaching yoga classes for over 25, and has been a part of many Yoga Teacher Trainings for almost 25 years.He has distilled down some of the most important concepts and movement strategies to guide us in our yoga journey both as students, teachers and in your own practice.
